1. took note of the report presented by the Rapporteur on confidence-building measures and co-operation with the NGOs (RAP-CBM/NGO), on the meeting held on 4 July 2005 (document RAP-CBM/NGO(2005)7);
2. in accordance with the provisions of Resolution (93) 38 on relations between the Council of Europe and international non-governmental organisations, approved the Secretary General’s decision to grant the request for consultative / participatory status with the Council of Europe of the European Federation of Research and Information Centres on Sectarism (FECRIS);
3. adopted the reply to Parliamentary Assembly Recommandation 1697 (2005) on European Federation of Research and Information Centres on Sectarism (FECRIS): Request for consultative status with the Council of Europe, as it appears at Appendix 6 to the present volume of Decisions.[1]

I Delegati
1. ha preso nota del rapporto presentato dal relatore sulle misure e sulla cooperazione della riservatezza-costruzione con INGOs (Rap-cbm/ngo), nella riunione tenutasi il 4 luglio 2005 (document RAP-CBM/NGO(2005)7);
2. in conformità con le disposizioni di risoluzione (93) 38 sui rapporti fra il Consiglio di Europa e le organizzazioni non governative internazionali, approva la decisione del segretario generale di assegnare la richiesta per condizione consultiva/partecipe con il Consiglio di Europa alla federazione europea dei centri d'informazione e di ricerca su Settarismo (FECRIS);
3. ha adottato la risposta alla raccomandazione parlamentare 1697 (2005) dell'Assemblea sulla federazione europea dei centri d'informazione e di ricerca su Settarismo (FECRIS): Richiesta per la condizione consultiva con il Consiglio di Europa, come compare all'appendice 6 del volume attuale delle decisioni.

Reply to Parliamentary Assembly Recommendation 1697 (2005)
on
European Federation of Research and Information Centres on Sectarism (FECRIS):
Request for consultative status with the Council of Europe
(Adopted by the Committee of Ministers on 13 July 2005
at the 935th meeting of the Ministers’ Deputies)
1. The Committee of Ministers has carefully studied Parliamentary Assembly Recommendation 1697 on European Federation of Research and Information Centres on Sectarism (FECRIS): Request for consultative status with the Council of Europe.
2. It agrees with the principles followed by the reporting Committee of the Parliamentary Assembly in dealing with the request, as set out in paragraph 2 of the Recommendation.
3. It shares the conclusions reached by the Assembly on FECRIS and its member groups, presented in paragraph 3 of the Recommendation.
4. The Committee of Ministers approves the Parliamentary Assembly’s recommendation to grant consultative / participatory status to the European Federation of Research and Information Centres on Sectarism (FECRIS), presented in paragraph 4 of the Recommendation.

Risposta
alla raccomandazione parlamentare 1697 (2005) dell'Assemblea
alla federazione europea dei centri d'informazione e di ricerca su Settarismo (FECRIS):
Richiesta per condizione consultiva con il Consiglio di Europa
(adottato dal comitato degli assistenti il 13 luglio 2005
alla 935th riunione dei delegati degli assistenti)
1. Il comitato degli assistenti ha studiato con attenzione la raccomandazione parlamentare 1697 dell'Assemblea su federazione europea del centro d'informazione e di ricerca su Settarismo (FECRIS):
Richiesta per condizione consultiva con il Consiglio di Europa.
2. È d'accordo con i principi seguiti dal comitato di segnalazione dell'Assemblea parlamentare trattando la richiesta, come precisato nel paragrafo 2 della raccomandazione.
3. Condivide le conclusioni raggiunte tramite l'Assemblea su FECRIS ed i relativi gruppi membri, presentati nel paragrafo 3 della raccomandazione.
4. Il comitato degli assistenti approva la raccomandazione dell'Assemblea parlamentare di assegnare la condizione consultiva / partecipativa alla federazione europea dei centri d'informazione e di ricerca su Settarismo (FECRIS), presentata nel paragrafo 4 della raccomandazione.
